Coordinate with team members to ensure meeting schedules are synchronized.  Monitor and order office supplies as needed.  Maintain accurate records of visitor logs, incoming calls, and other relevant data. Assist in maintaining databases and contact lists.  Liaise with building management for office maintenance and repairs.
